Internet connection was good and free
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, with tea bags left in the kettle and a darkened appearance

The hotel had a good price for the location and great amenities. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and free internet. the breakfast was a good start to the day, with a decent selection of food.
Our romantic escape was not very romantic due to some major issues. the walls were thin, so we could hear every noise from the next room, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff helpful and kind. Though not located in a particular scenic place, it is a good option for business on the Asian Side of Istanbul. It is near two big shopping malls, very near the Ulusoy bus station and the airport bus. Wi-fi internet is free and works well. There's no restaurant in the hotel, but a good Turkish breakfast (cucumbers, tomatos, cheese, pastrami olives, bread, honey, fruit jam and a boiled egg) is served in the room at the time of your choice. There's no shortage of dining options nearby and if you're too tired to go out, they will order a kebab for you and deliver it to your room.
Because the hotel was very new, taxi drivers never seemed to be able to find it and invariably tried to persuade me I was staying at the Marriott, even after I showed them the hotel card with a map. The reception staff very often had to guide the taxi driver by phone.

Location is good but the environment around the hotel was not very nice. Close to Bostanci, 10 TL with taxi to port of Bostanci. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast served in the room. Very silent area.
Breakfast could be improved. Car park on the street in front of the hotel. There was a very weak noise in the ventilation which could disturb very sensitive people.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is helpful and polite, ensuring a pleasant experience. the breakfast, although not very satisfying, is complemented by the variety of restaurants and stores in the area.
Some guests have complained about the intermittent wifi connection, causing inconvenience.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room which is a real rarity for Turkey. Big thumbs up.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. They even carried my luggage without expecting a tip. The location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to all public transportation options. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a safe haven in this bustling metropolis.
Everything was fantastic.

Good wide rooms. Nice breakfast, located close to Carefour, Palladium, Optimum. Also good option for people who came for treatment in Acibadem.
No gym or restaurant. Small elevator(2 persons).

Beautiful rooms, spacious, great breakfast, stable wi-fi
Language was a problem. The staff was friendly and really wanted to assist, but the level of English was very basic and we struggled to communicate anything beyond checking in. In the end we used my laptop and google translator which helped a bit. We chose the hotel because we attended a show in the Ulker sports arena and thought it was within walking distance, but it was not and the taxis struggled to find the hotel and had to stop several times to find directions. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you just need a base in that area as it is really clean and comfortable and good value for money, but you will require taxis to get to anywhere from there. It is not in a "tourist area"

Good, wide appartment, AC working fine, bathroom is good. It is not easy to find from the first time, but it is located close to Carrefour, Optimum, Palladium outlet centers. Also Acibadem Kadikoy hospital is not far.
-no laundry in the hotel(they use to gather and send closes for cleaning to cleaning company),no iron if you will ask for it -litle bit noisy outside if you keep window open(dogs, construction) -small elevator(for 1-2 persons)

There is a small kitchen in the room.
They don't care about maintenance at all. The AC power socket in the bathroom was out of the wall leading electric shock risk, especially for careless people. Although I reported it to reception, it wasn’t fixed. The shower leaks water causing a wet bathroom floor after every shower. I found some hairs on the bedcovers, probably from previous customers. Cleanness of the bathroom room was poor, when I cheeked in. Hotel is in a construction area, next to a car service.
